Full-Stack Engineer (AI-Augmented)

Build the core of our medical, ERP, and process-automation platforms, augmented by modern AI workflows.

You Build the Engine Room of Our Products

You build the engine room of our products. The medical platforms, custom ERPs, and process-automation systems we deliver only exist because someone takes the architecture and turns it into running code that holds up under real use.

You work alongside senior architects, translating designs into implementation and using our AI-augmented workflow to ship features faster than any IDE-only team can match. The point of the workflow is not less thinking - it is more time spent on the parts of the problem that matter.

The work spans the whole stack you would expect: business logic, data models, APIs, and the screens that consume them.

What we won't ask: that you grind out boilerplate, fight an old framework into shape, or sit through standup theatre. What we will ask: that you take real ownership of the features you ship, push back on architecture you disagree with, and use modern tooling like a senior, not a tourist.

Responsibilities

  • Implement business logic for our custom ERPs and medical platforms.
  • Pair AI tooling with senior judgment so velocity stays high and code stays reviewable.
  • Take features from spec to production: data models, APIs, the screens on top.
  • Spot architectural drift early and call it out before it becomes debt.
  • Mentor more junior engineers using the same AI-augmented workflow you use.
  • Write the tests that catch what AI-generated code misses.
  • Read other engineers' diffs critically — and have the conversation when something is off.
  • Keep an honest internal log of where AI tooling helps and where it gets in the way, so the team learns alongside you.

Requirements

  • Strong full-stack foundation: a typed language at the API layer (TypeScript/Node, or C# is fine), comfortable with SQL and data modelling, opinion on how to structure a frontend.
  • Curiosity about what AI changes about our craft, and willingness to adopt it.
  • The instinct to ask "why" before shipping.
  • Mid-to-senior level, with at least a few production systems behind you.
  • You want to be a pilot, not a passenger.
  • Comfort working in production environments — feature flags, observability, incident response, the boring parts that keep systems running.
  • Track record of shipping at least one non-trivial feature end to end (data model, API, UI, tests, deploy).
  • An opinion on what AI tooling is for, and where it isn't.

Got Questions? We've Got Answers.

We believe in clarity and transparency. Find quick answers to the most common questions.

Do you charge for the first call?

No. The initial 60-minute Discovery Call is free. We use this time to determine if our architectural approach is a fit for your problem. If it is, we will propose a paid Technical Roadmap phase - a structured assessment that delivers actionable recommendations regardless of whether you proceed with implementation.

What is your minimum project size?

We are best suited for engagements starting at €20,000. Smaller projects typically do not benefit from our comprehensive architectural process. For smaller initiatives, we recommend exploring enterprise low-code platforms with internal teams. We are happy to provide guidance on whether a full engagement is necessary during your Discovery Call.

Can you rescue a failing project?

Yes, but we start with a Code Audit. We need to assess the structural integrity of the existing codebase before committing to a remediation strategy. In many cases, our AI-Augmented Delivery methodology allows us to rebuild a failing system faster than fixing it would take. The Code Audit provides clarity on the most efficient path forward—repair, replace, or incremental modernization.

Do you work with international clients?

Yes. We have successfully delivered systems for clients across the UK, DACH region, Scandinavia, and North America. We use Async-First communication principles to bridge time zones effectively - detailed written documentation, recorded walkthroughs, and scheduled synchronous sessions for critical decisions. Our teams operate in CET (Central European Time) with flexibility for overlap meetings.

How do you handle compliance requirements?

We design for compliance from Day 1. Our architects have direct experience with GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001, SOC 2, and sector-specific regulations in healthcare and finance. Compliance is not an afterthought - it is embedded into our architectural process through data flow mapping, access control design, audit logging requirements, and security review gates. We document compliance considerations in Architecture Decision Records (ADRs) throughout the engagement.

Ready to build with us?

If this role fits, send a short note about what you have built and why this would be the next thing. We respond to every applicant we can take seriously, normally within a few days.

Your Next System Starts Here.

We build software that runs businesses. If you're ready to replace workarounds with something that actually works, let's talk.
